We are very lucky to have Ms Gahagan as our leader of Design Technoklogy and her expertise led the school to be invited to take part in the making of a short teaching film for good practice in DT! We were thrilled to take part and six of our most talented engineers spent today filming the design process from the initial ideas to the end product of creating a rainwater harvester. We were also supported by Mrs Tebbutt, a parent and DT teacher. A full day's filming will produce a five minute film!

'It has been amazing,' 'It was fantastic,' 'I really enjoyed the day' were just some of the comments from the children involved. We cannot wait to see the finished product which will be used to help teachers across the country develop their Design Technology skills.
